just like riding a bike...
Took a little spring bike ride with my Fiance. Its still so new to say! (and so fancy)
The spring flowers are popping up everywhere, the Cherry Blossom trees are in bloom (and they smell AMAZING)
By the way...I thought SURE! nooo problem, just a "bike ride" Seriously people, I was almost not able to walk around the grocery store right after. It was hard! And we didnt even go up hill more than ten times...okay so maybe its just me being out of shape. But really? The last time I stood up on a bike to pedal up a hill was probably in the 80's. Gah. Im old.
In any case it was FUN! Go...get outside..go be in nature! Even if it IS on a man made trail ;)
